Android Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to lead the next round of development on the Digg Android application. We're looking for an enthusiastic, mobile-obsessed developer with knowledge across a wide array of Android topics.

Responsibilities

Building apps and widgets for phones and tabletsOwning the product from start to finish, from networking and storage to views and animationKeeping up with Android and mobile best practicesBe comfortable with building social, news and/or content applicationsBe ready to help shape the future of Digg on mobile

Requirements

3 years of demonstrated experience in engineering for Android phones and tabletsProficient in Java and the Android development environment (Eclipse, IntelliJ and/or Android Studio)Strong technical depth, design and user experience a plusExperience with working with remote data via REST and JSONBS/MS in Computer Science preferred
